“Prehaps firstly I should comment on the delivery. I received my keys in under 24 hours, great service. Unfortunately I had ordered two different keys but all were cut the same. On contacting Replacement Keys there was a bit of email ping-pong and I had to submit photos of all the keys despite completing the order form as required. It took a couple of days and once the problem was understood I recieved the remainder of the keys a couple of days later. Overall I'm not unhappy and hopefully the company will look a little closer at the orders before cutting the keys in the future. I would still recommend them, the keys all worked perfectly once I had the correct ones.”

“The replacement key arrived promptly in the post within two days of placing the order. Unfortunatley it didn't fit the lock and I had to call a locksmith.”

“Great customer sirvice but terrible choice of partners outside of UK. Ordered replacement key to Poland and had to deal with "Poczta Polska" which is worst post company in Poland. If you want order anything to Poland better avoid them. Replacementkeys was informing about every aspect of delivery even after arrive to Poland, meanwhile polish post not even once.”

“Key is a bit "sticky" but does work, believe it will get easier to use as I go along with it, I was well surprised on how fast I got the key. Overall brilliant service and I will use them again”

“Unfortunatley the key that I ordered did not fit the cash box, I then e-mailed Hayley and she was very quick to respond, I sent photo's of the lock but unfortunatley a key could not be produced. Hayley has asked me to return the keys which I have done & she will arrange a credit for the keys. Overall very pleased with the service that I received & I would definately use Replacement Keys Ltd again.”

Hi there, I'm sorry to hear this but unfortunately because you entered your EORI number (which is optional) the VAT was cancelled. For future orders if you do not enter the EORI number then the VAT is charged at the checkout and not at customs. Kind regards, Peter.

“l recently purchased a property with only one key for the windows. I can say that the replacements do work .so although it takes time to make sure you get the right key it was successful .l mu local key cutter and he recommended the internet for finding window keys.”

“As I had lost my own key I had to use my spare key, my wife has one and now myself with the spare,, not knowing it's key code I was kind of being on a canoe without a paddle, replacement keys inform me a photo of a key might be enough to identify it.well you guys came good and I purchased an additional three keys, can't thank you enough.”

“I would have given a 5 star review, but the first keys didn't work. Excellent service however is best demonstrated when things go wrong and the first keys were quickly replaced for a working set, with a straightforward apology. A job well done!”
