“I got replacementkeys to cut 2 x 'Abus' keys. 1 worked, the other didn't. I had to take and upload a photo of the key that wouldn't open the lock, which was a bit of a faff. But within 2 days they sent me a new key. So there were few grounds to complain really. For the record. I would recomend and I would use them again.”

“Customer service very good as original order did not arrive as expected. Another key sent which arrived in two days. Original order eventually arrived after nine days. Advised to keep both keys due to inconvenience caused.”

“Had 5 keys made. Service was quick. Keys were sticky and one key only working one way and not when turned over. Hopefully will work better after some wearout.⁰”

“The first cut of my desk key was not correct; I am not sure why. I was so impressed how replacement keys ltd advised us. After photos were sent and the purchase of a replacement made the new keys were perfect. I have used this company before and will happily purchase from them again.”

“I found the online ordering site confusing which lead me to order the wrong key. On contacting Replacement keys the consequently helped me order the right key and refunded me the cost of the wrong one. This all took place over 3 days. The delivery of both keys was super quick as was the refund. The customer advisors were really helpful. I would use them again for sure.”

“Pleased with the product, swift and painless delivery. It fits well in most locks but needs a jiggle in some being a new key. I would say they need a bit of use due to sharp edges needing to be moulded down more and a smoother fit.”
