“Hi . I purchased one key a short while ago which had it`s own seriel number stamped on the key . A while later i had to have 4 more of the same keys so i purchased 4 more keys ... probelm was when i received them none of the 4 new keys had the seriel number on . This means that i can`t get any additional keys ... i wanted the same as my first key to solve this problem . Please can some one from Replacementkeys organise 4 more keys and this time to include the seriel number on each key the very same as my first purchase . Many thanks .... Robin”

“Did ok, eventually. Took some sorting out. It seemed a bit slow in getting emails understood. An eventual phone call sorted my problem in seconds.”

“Very good service and quick turnaround time. All keys work , although take a little bit of jiggling about before the lock turns. Not a big problem and probably needs a slight file on the keys. I would use again and was pleased with the speed.”

“we ordered 3 different key types, 2 out of the 3 were perfect and the 3rd was a bit stiff to push into the ignition but as they are spares not too worried. so overall very happy.”

“Whilst not an expert it appears that the metal used is somewhat 'flimsier', less stronger, than other 'original' keys. I hope this does not become a problem. Otherwise, a speedy service. Thank you”
