“I was maybe like you wondering how good this company is ? Well ordered 2 ‘Ultion’ special keys they arrived quickly but although slid in lock didn’t turn lock . I immediately emailed company and they asked I send a picture of both keys side by side , by return of post without any further cost they send another 2 keys that fit perfectly! So I was impressed 4 stars 🌟”

“Easy order, arrived quickly. However for some reason they key doesn't operate the lock easily. Ot does open ot but i have to play around a little to get it open. The lock I have is new and undamaged, but this is my only slight gripe with the key.”

“I ordered in past from replacement keys and for this I would give 5/5(that one works exactly like original key) , however key from current order is little bit hard to insert/take out compared to original key. Opening/closing movement is ok.”

“Managed to cut the keys I asked for which couldn't be cut at Timpsons or normal key cutting shops. Service was very quick and professional. Only dropped a star because I think the price was a bit expensive.”

“I got replacementkeys to cut 2 x 'Abus' keys. 1 worked, the other didn't. I had to take and upload a photo of the key that wouldn't open the lock, which was a bit of a faff. But within 2 days they sent me a new key. So there were few grounds to complain really. For the record. I would recomend and I would use them again.”

“Customer service very good as original order did not arrive as expected. Another key sent which arrived in two days. Original order eventually arrived after nine days. Advised to keep both keys due to inconvenience caused.”
