“The keys were delivered asap. 2 days. Only problem is they don't fit at all. Will have to try sort out something else. Great service tho.”

“I was pleased how quickly they were delivered but unfortunately the keys i received opened the filing cabinet but does not re lock them so not very happy. Will be contacting them to see about a refund or a new set of keys.”

“Received two keys ordered using the codes from the Yale code card.None of which worked.Informed them of this. Was told that sometimes the card codes are wrong and if I sent a photo of an original key they would decode it from the photo and send out some replacements. Sent in photos via e-mail. Received reply saying "Good news we have decoded the key and will be able to make copies".They then give ordering and payment instruction to order replacement keys. I questioned this asking was I expected to re order the keys as I understood from a previous e-mail you where going to send out replacements for the incorrect keys received. After no immediate response I e mailed again asking if I was going to receive replacements for the incorrect keys I had received as I had wasted enough time on this already and needed to sort a key without further delay as we are one key down in the household and it was causing us problems. Got a reply next day saying "sorry keys don't work in your lock.Unfortuanetly we do not have an alrernative to send you.If you send keys back we will issue you with a refund. Funny how they had replacements when they wanted me to pay again for them.They probably wouldn't have worked either,but they would have already charged me again for them. I am now obtaining keys from a decent supplier using the codes from the code card (codes are correct, we are talking Yale here) but I did send a photo to confirm a match due to the comment I got from replacementkeys. I have sent the faulty keys back to replacementkeys at my expense, but will also be informing PayPal of this situation just in case the I end up in the same situation with a refund as I have had with the supply of keys that are actually fit for purpose. 21.04.17Update on this review.Received an appology from them over the way this has been handled,much appreciated. Received a refund of the initial purchase cost. Today have received to replacement keys free of charge,and more importantly, they actually work. Fair play to them. PGarner”

“I ordered several keys but the multi key discount wasn't applied online so I emailed asking how this was applied. You took several days to reply saying I should upload a spreadsheet with key numbers to receive the discount by which time I had already placed the order so didn't receive the discount. Order came in good time.”

“Unfortunately the replacement key did not work. It looks a very close match to the the original which had broken off at the hilt but obviously there is a small difference causing the problem.”
