“Order process was easy. Order delayed until I contacted to ask for an update. Then was asked for further photos only to be told they couldn't cut the keys. After a further email to say it was keys that they had advertised as being able to cut (Garison/7x7) they then processed and shipped the order quickly.”

“Sorry, unfortunately my experience with yourselves is not very good as i only ordered 2 keys . 1 of the keys worked fine but the other was cut wrong and did not turn in the lock. Then you tell me that you dont have anymore keys to cut me a new one. Not great customer service.”

“Received 2 keys in a very short time of requesting them. Sadly neither key would turn in the lock barrel of my tow bar system. As I had purchased the car with this tow bar system already installed (no keys supplied). I felt I should have some cut using the number on the lock barrel front. When these two keys wouldn't turn in the lock I reasonably didn't complain as I honestly couldn't know if the lock is faulty or the keys not seating in lock toggles. I accepted I had lost money (gambled) getting keys cut.”

“Well they did and didn't. I do not see why they only provide one key per window- well, obviously, it's so they can charge a silly amount plus p and p for a key that can't be copied at my local DIY shop or Timpsons. I am happy in so far as I now have a 'spare'. They made that necessary though.... Fair cop if I had lost a 'spare'; then I'd give 5 stars!”
