“Keys arrived fairly quickly, bearing in mind the snowy weather last week. Hover I'm less happy with the fact that the keys are visually different from the originals and only work the lock with difficulty”

“The replacement keys appear to be first class however when the keys are pushed into the lock the entry is not very smooth and not a good fit and can be difficult to remove the key from the lock”

“The keys arrived almost by return post. They work perfectly with the door open however, once I close the door they can not lock or unlock it. I have one old key which can do so without any difficulty. I am thinking of having them set up on a key cutting machine using the old one as a template to check against and perhaps grind off any small differences. I can not really rate the keys properly in this situation.”

“I ordered two keys with two different key numbers. Two keys were correct and the other two were completely different from what was ordered. Could not contact by telephone so E Mailed. Heard absolutely nothing at all until two more keys arrived a couple of days later. They were correct, however the lack of a courtesy E mail or call was extremely frustrating, I may have gone elsewhere to order the correct ones, luckily I didn't. The service in providing keys has to be termed good, pity that a little bit of communication was not provided.”

“It fulfils the purpose but does not make me happy as it is an inferior version of the one I broke. It works but it does not work well. It is cheaper metal and a fiddle to get it into the lock”

“I ordered on the Thursday before 3:00pm , paid for special delivery and it never arrived till the Monday. No big deal except I could have saved myself some money, but the key works so that's the main thing!”
