“Good website, easy ordering and prompt delivery. Unfortunately, on this occasion, the keys did not fit the lock and had to be returned, for a quick refund. Good communication from Peter, and he is keen to find out why this problem arose. Despite the problem, I would be happy to use them again.”

“I ordered 10 keys over three different orders. Although the key numbers matched the lock numbers when they arrived 4 out of the 10 keys didn't fit. I have no way of knowing if this was an error on my part or the way the keys were cut.”

“I believe the keys your provided promptly were genuine Bisley replacements. They look good quality. Unfortunately I also believe the lock I need the keys to fit is not genuine Bisley, and they don't fit. So my problem is not fixed. Not your fault though.”

“I ordered 2 caravan keys, 1 for the main door and 1 for the front compartment. The main door key was fine but the other one wouldn’t open the front compartment. I ordered both keys using the codes on my original key. Apart from that the service and speed of delivery was excellent.”

“In theory service is simple to use and reasonably quick. Unfortunately the keys supplied, whilst fitting the lock, failed to open the lock. Number reference matches and appears to be right blank.”

“Keys arrived promptly, unfortunately they did not fit and were nothing like the original key, I took the code from the number printed on the key, there obviously is more than one key type that has the code 812, the code on my key was not one that you have the profile for”
