“Ordering was easy and delivery was as expected only a few days. Quality of the key was good and worked OK with no problems.”

“The keys themselves are excellent and were delivered promptly. The only issues I have with these types of locks and keys are that there is potential for the lock code to be linked to the installation address, and the ongoing security of the code itself - needed for creating the replacement keys - is unknown.”

“Not tried the keys for where they are required as not been back there, but they get 4 stars for speed of service alone. Ordered on a Friday and received the keys Saturday morning. Excellent.”

“Price and service was good. Whilst key operation was correct it was tight to enter the lock compared to oriiginal. Not bad enough to complain or return but not perfect.”

“I ordered 3 keys and one arrived, however, 2 more were dispatched as soon as I told them. These keys didn't work in the door but the Replacement Keys Team found another supplier and sent 2 more as soon as they could. The Team did all the could to supply keys that worked. I cannot fault their customer service.”

“Key identification very good and provision of likely fitting keys very prompt. Having selected key required, supply of further key much later than expected which rather diluted the earlier rapid response. Delivery on time: First del fine Second del still not made Hence answer below.”

“Keys do work but really have to fiddle with the lock. One key is better than the other. Just don’t want to get tow hitch off in a hurry!”

“Key arrived quickly and very reasonably priced unlike the competitors who rushed me £8+ per key and insisted on supplying two keys per order. Unfortunately the key arrived as a reverse pattern to original but they sorted it quickly and with no fuss so overall I am happy and would definitely recommend.”

“Ordered 2 new front door keys, easy to order, no hassle but I paid extra to have them delivered via signing for them but then didn’t sign for them so wished I had just paid normally delivery fees as felt overcharged unnecessarily”

“The order was processed very promptly. When it transpired that the keys supplied did not fit the lock ' a fault i suspect of the lock and not the keys. The response to my query was very prompt and a refund arranged Impressed by the service.”
