“quick and easy to use”

“had a key replaced as my was lost quick and easy just put the number in from the key lock took lest them a minute to fine the key I need was vary happy with the key and service quick and fest Delivery only down side the post was a bit expensive just for one key apart from that was all good.”

“The reason this is not 5 stars is because of the time taken to manufacture and dispatch them. It was a week from order to dleivery. Covid-19 might have an influence here so a better performance can be anticipated soon. As good value as anywhere else in this marketplace.”

“The keys arrived promptly, they go into the lock but will not turn the lock. Is it possible that the locks have seized as they are in a 1950s bungalow?”

“Prompt and efficient service. I ordered keys for two filing cabinets. One key worked the other didn't. However it's possible there was something wrong with the lock.”

“The key arrived a bit later than predicted (most likely due to COVID delays). The edges on the end of the key were quite sharp/abrupt. They needed to be rounded off/chamfered before the key could be easily inserted in the door lock.”

“As a 1st time customer I was very unhappy about not being able to contact you - no telephone on your website (if it is there as indicated below, I didn't see it - I would not have bought if my order was any larger - however everything else worked well”

“I needed a number of spare keys having had a lock replaced at a church building. Replacement keys does a good deal with the more keys needed, so good for a multi-user building. I received them the next day, ready to give them out to other users.”

“The 1st key fitted perfect, the 2sd didn't due to there being many options under same code. The customer service is second to none and they also have the same quality of service if there is a problem.”

“Yes, all received on time thanks, however, not sure if this is the correct key as it looks different to the one that was damaged to open the restrictors on sliding sash windows. I am not back on site now until next Monday so will know then, however, is this returnable and do you have an alternative?”

“In know way is this review meant to be a criticism as I am satisfied that you did all you could to supply the right keys for my tow bar as the second set of keys you sent to the eye they look a perfect match but sadly they do not go in the lock I think the blank used was too thick.”
