“The service level was exceptional with good communication about the order progression, the only negative side is the key doesn't seem to fit far enough into the ignition barrel to start the truck.”

“Key were all good quality, except one number 93362, The the central milled grove was as if the mill started to lift just at the point of the key .2 of a mm, Requiring a small amount of filing to enable the key to into the key way”

“Expensive keys, but they had the one I wanted. Delivery was good. I was somewhat disappointed that the key hadn't been buffed - in that it was very rough where it had been cut, at the price I feel it should have been 'finished' - I had to sandpaper it down to allow it to enter the keyhole. Once I had done that it worked well.”

“I ordered 4 keys, 2 for each of two locks where the original keys had worn out through years of use. My order was dispatched the same day and arrived in the post 2 days later. I was kept fully informed my email notifications. So excellent service. Although I am not complaining about the cost, I do find it annoying that it is almost as expensive to buy 2 replacement keys as it is to purchase an entire new lock which comes with 2 keys.”

“P.O. No. 200139430. I wrote a previous review which wasn't very favourable to the company. Richard from Replacement keys contacted me to apologise, explain what went wrong and to be fair issued a refund. It is imperative that readers fully understand that Richard DID NOT ask me to withdraw or edit my previous review. However on the grounds of "Fair Play" I decided to re-review the original and publish the explanation I received. He stated that, they in fact did answer my emails but perhaps I didn't receive them, Spam, Junk etc. As I use a Hotmail account and this in fact did happen in the past, I am prepared to accept his word. However it is a very rare occurence and I would also invite Replacement Keys to look further into their own mailing system. The key that I received was dispatched very quickly, packaged very well and extremly competitive in price. I believe that they will watch customer service more closely and I will use them again. Lesson learned for all parties and we can move on with a more positive approach. The only reason they are losing 1 star now is because the key didn't work.”

“Good efficient service - sent out keys for the lock stated on our mailbox but unfortunately keys don't fit - suspect previous owner changed the lock but not the certificate inside....”
