“Very useful service. Was not aware this was available as an internet service. Key arrived much faster than expected.”

“Expensive keys, but they had the one I wanted. Delivery was good. I was somewhat disappointed that the key hadn't been buffed - in that it was very rough where it had been cut, at the price I feel it should have been 'finished' - I had to sandpaper it down to allow it to enter the keyhole. Once I had done that it worked well.”

“I ordered 4 keys, 2 for each of two locks where the original keys had worn out through years of use. My order was dispatched the same day and arrived in the post 2 days later. I was kept fully informed my email notifications. So excellent service. Although I am not complaining about the cost, I do find it annoying that it is almost as expensive to buy 2 replacement keys as it is to purchase an entire new lock which comes with 2 keys.”

“P.O. No. 200139430. I wrote a previous review which wasn't very favourable to the company. Richard from Replacement keys contacted me to apologise, explain what went wrong and to be fair issued a refund. It is imperative that readers fully understand that Richard DID NOT ask me to withdraw or edit my previous review. However on the grounds of "Fair Play" I decided to re-review the original and publish the explanation I received. He stated that, they in fact did answer my emails but perhaps I didn't receive them, Spam, Junk etc. As I use a Hotmail account and this in fact did happen in the past, I am prepared to accept his word. However it is a very rare occurence and I would also invite Replacement Keys to look further into their own mailing system. The key that I received was dispatched very quickly, packaged very well and extremly competitive in price. I believe that they will watch customer service more closely and I will use them again. Lesson learned for all parties and we can move on with a more positive approach. The only reason they are losing 1 star now is because the key didn't work.”

“Good efficient service - sent out keys for the lock stated on our mailbox but unfortunately keys don't fit - suspect previous owner changed the lock but not the certificate inside....”

“had a key replaced as my was lost quick and easy just put the number in from the key lock took lest them a minute to fine the key I need was vary happy with the key and service quick and fest Delivery only down side the post was a bit expensive just for one key apart from that was all good.”

“The reason this is not 5 stars is because of the time taken to manufacture and dispatch them. It was a week from order to dleivery. Covid-19 might have an influence here so a better performance can be anticipated soon. As good value as anywhere else in this marketplace.”

“Prompt and efficient service. I ordered keys for two filing cabinets. One key worked the other didn't. However it's possible there was something wrong with the lock.”

“The key arrived a bit later than predicted (most likely due to COVID delays). The edges on the end of the key were quite sharp/abrupt. They needed to be rounded off/chamfered before the key could be easily inserted in the door lock.”

“I needed a number of spare keys having had a lock replaced at a church building. Replacement keys does a good deal with the more keys needed, so good for a multi-user building. I received them the next day, ready to give them out to other users.”
