“Very quick and very professional. Alas the two keys I ordered didn't work. It was explained that I ordered a 027 when it should've been 27. The other key didn't work either but no explanation was given. Hey ho!”

“A good company to deal with. My Abus key was delivered quickly and works perfectly. I made a mistake at the checkout and accidently opted for tracked delivery, Royal Mail - 24 (Tracked & Signed For) £5.95 is a bit much when the Royal Mail cost is £2.06. Thats more than a 100% mark up, the postage was only just the price of the key.”

“I ordered two FW keys which were delivered quite quickly but one of the keys is very difficult to fit. I’ve oiled the locks to see if that makes it fit better but it doesn’t. The other one is perfect.”

“Original key was wrong but the problem was put right quickly and without fuss. Internet ordering problems are common. The most important thing is how they are dealt with. Happy to order again in future.”

“Ordered keys, gave them the serial number and presto, keys were delivered in a few days. Though most of the keys worked, there were two which required a bit more effort to turn. It's only been a few days, but let's see how the keys fare over the coming weeks. However, happy to use the service again.”

“I recently misplaced my Thule top box keys right before a big family camping weekend. I sent the key N-code to Replacement Keys and they sent me a new set of keys within 48 hours. They literally saved the day and the family camping weekend. I would 100% use them again. I’ve only given 4 stars as I always believe that more can be done to improve any service, apart from that my experience was top notch.”
