“Ordered keys, gave them the serial number and presto, keys were delivered in a few days. Though most of the keys worked, there were two which required a bit more effort to turn. It's only been a few days, but let's see how the keys fare over the coming weeks. However, happy to use the service again.”

“I recently misplaced my Thule top box keys right before a big family camping weekend. I sent the key N-code to Replacement Keys and they sent me a new set of keys within 48 hours. They literally saved the day and the family camping weekend. I would 100% use them again. I’ve only given 4 stars as I always believe that more can be done to improve any service, apart from that my experience was top notch.”

“The first response to my request for a particular, named, key was not satisfactory. The key did not fit. But when the error was pointed out, I received a correct replacement. So I left satisfied”
