I ordered a key for a 21-yr old safe. A key was posted to me with the correct numbers on it, but preceded by two letters. The key was useless to me. RK immediately refunded all my money, and declined my offer to return the useless key to them.

Fast and speedy service but a bloody rip-off! £20 for 3 gate keys! Monopolies Commission and Trading Standards should investigate!

The keys all worked fine ordered 5 but one key didn’t work. But if a shame, not sure why to be honest...

Dear Replacement Keys Ltd, The keys came quickly as promised by first class post and that was good. However, they did not fit the cabinet although it was advertised as the one for the cabinet. We were not sure if the keys could be returned or replaced with another set for free so it turned out to be a waste of money.

Price a bit steep for 2 small keys, but aside from that, prompt delivery.

Keys arrived very quickly, the first key snapped in the lock, this of course could of meant the lock was not good. The second key we fettled up as burrs were discovered, this then operated the lock.

The service was fine, but the keys don’t fit as cleanly as the original Yale ones. I also felt that sending an invoice with my address and the complete key code was foolish as this email record is very difficult delete from cloud based email systems and if anybody got access to the email it would give them my address and the code to make perfect fitting keys to access the house.

Originally sent the wrong key, correct one was sent out the day I contacted the company, would be 5 star review if correct key was sent originally

Helpful, although key they thought it might be did not work. Cheaper to buy a new lock which comes with 2 keys, which I have now done, wish I had done that in the beginning! Hindsight.

I received the keys in good time and they fit so I’m pleased. The package however had split on the side and the keys were not in the envelope but on the floor at a different postal address for security. I would review the envelopes used as the keys had also worked loose from the cardboard inner sleeve

In short the duplicate spare keys do work (Givi luggage keys). Longer version: The barrel and remaining original key may have become worn/rounded over a long time period. As such the replacement keys looked more fully defined in their cut by comparison. This means some in-barrel waggling is required for them to work. Not a big issue. Okay for use. Some experimental careful mini-drill grinding was carried out by me to improve them slightly, visually referencing the original key cut.

I ordered a replacement 5 lever Chubb key which I did receive, however it would not operate my lock. Laying the original and this replacement together it was apparent the new key was not cut properly. Luckily I am an engineer and was able to cut away the areas to match a good original key, while this took me 10 minutes it would not be something an unskilled person could undertake.

Great service with fast delivery and would use again, however attention to detail on the keys was poor. The cutting left sharp burrs on the key blade edge resulting in very difficult operation and one key getting stuck in the lock needing significant force to remove. All it needs is running over a rotary wire brush to de-burr the freshly cut key and would be perfect! Sorry to reduce stars, but burrs are a common known problem with key cutting and so easily remedied

Its hard to give a review as the key didn't fit. The code was on the lock and we ordered the same number but I can't say if the code was wrong or the key was wrong but either way we can't use it.

Hmm, I ordered a Givi key with the same number as printed on the original key, but received quite anther key, which did not fit at all. So the whole ordering was no use. Whom to blame I do not know. Perhaps there should be pictures on the web to confirm the shape/modeltype of the key as a quility confirmation.

Bought 63mm key for wardrobe lost original, received well made key, but didn’t fit, so £5.50 wasted. Ordered same size key from amazon £2.60 must admit quality not as good but fit perfect.
