“My story is common to many. I moved into a new house and replaced the door lock barrels and keys. A while later I brushed past a key while it was in the lock and it bent over. Replacement Keys provided two exact replacement keys in a few days to a secure address. Reliable, fast and secure. Many thanks.”

“One key ordered, delivery took 6 working days but not too bad considering the expected Christmas delays. On trying, the key worked fine in both orientations from inside but from outside one orientation was OK but the other way needed quite a bit "wiggling" to make it work. After several attemps however, it "settled in" and now seems (hopefully) to be OK - possibly just a burr or "high spot"?”

“Have used this company several times, delighted with the Speed of service and that all keys have worked perfectly. Very disappointed this time to have had the delivery stopped by Customs in ROI and been charged €10.12 customs fee for the keys to enter the country, this has delayed the delivery significantly ..I am sad to say this will definitely put me off using the company again”
