“Thank you very much for your service. However, the radiator keys you sent don’t fit the radiator’s. I don’t know why because I thought they were all a standard fit. Thank you”

“One key ordered, delivery took 6 working days but not too bad considering the expected Christmas delays. On trying, the key worked fine in both orientations from inside but from outside one orientation was OK but the other way needed quite a bit "wiggling" to make it work. After several attemps however, it "settled in" and now seems (hopefully) to be OK - possibly just a burr or "high spot"?”

“Have used this company several times, delighted with the Speed of service and that all keys have worked perfectly. Very disappointed this time to have had the delivery stopped by Customs in ROI and been charged €10.12 customs fee for the keys to enter the country, this has delayed the delivery significantly ..I am sad to say this will definitely put me off using the company again”

“Although in the end I wasn't able to obtain the key I needed, it wasn't because they didn't do their very best. Replacement Keys were extremely easy and pleasant to deal with and super efficient. It was customer service of the highest standard with excellent response times”

“Delivery first class but keys did not fit after sending pictures of keys required we finally got the correct ones. I found it very troubling to do everything by PC I really wanted to speak to a person to help resolve the problem and for you to understand my problems. I'm a 70 + year old pensioner and not completely PC literate.”
