this was an efficient service in that I sent a photo of the key and the following day a new key arrived by tracked post. The company were very quick to respond to any queries and were helpful and polite. Unfortunately the key did not work and after three more attempts, which also didn't work, they said they did not have another key to send me and they would refund what I had paid. I asked them if they would try again if I sent them the actual key I wanted them to copy, but they still couldn't do it. So a good service and worth a try if you have a relatively easy key to copy, but easy keys are relatively easy to duplicate using a high street key cutting service which might be cheaper.
