“Very fast service, ordered one day delivered the next, cannot fault them for that. I ordered 6 keys, 4 were perfect but two others for a cylinder lock didn’t work, contacted customer service and they re-did the order for the ones that didn’t work, arrived next day and worked this time. Only 4 stars for getting it wrong the first time.”

“A key was cut which was a very poor cut. It was arranged for a replacement. I took another picture of the original and the poorly cut key. The problem was then resolved. Thank you.”

“It took a couple of trys to get the key cut correctly, but they were very responsive to my initial concerns with the keys not working and were keen to get the issue rectified. The price was good compared to other online suppliers.”

“Keys arrived and they work. Glad I looked them up. Would get five stars if delivery was quicker, although a postal strike may have delayed earlier delivery, but got within a week of ordering, will use again.”

“I was amazed that my E-Bike battery keys arrived in such a short period of time. They both worked perfectly. I was disappointed in one thing about them and therefore only 4/5 stars---the keys were not the same "rubberized" black coated style of the original, which I was under the impression they would be from an AXA picture I saw when I ordered. I like the look and feel of the original better, however, these do work perfectly.”

“I had problems at first because the keys didn't fit my lock. It took three attempts to get it right.. I believe it depend on who is sorting the problem.”

“The order arrived the next day Unfortunately the key although it had the same number was not compatible with our original. but that was my problem not R-K Had there been a phone number posted I would have spoken to them, but was unable to find a number”
