“Staff at Replacement Keys have been very responsive and helpful, but over a month has passed, but the keys have not arrived. The staff responded quickly and did everything they could to resolve the shipment problem before refunding the payment.”

“Sent photos of two keys needing replacements with order. Prompt response but copies of one key did not work in the lock. When notified company asked for fresh photo and sent fresh set of copies which all work. So all told a quick and efficient service for online key replacement.”

“Very fast service, ordered one day delivered the next, cannot fault them for that. I ordered 6 keys, 4 were perfect but two others for a cylinder lock didn’t work, contacted customer service and they re-did the order for the ones that didn’t work, arrived next day and worked this time. Only 4 stars for getting it wrong the first time.”

“A key was cut which was a very poor cut. It was arranged for a replacement. I took another picture of the original and the poorly cut key. The problem was then resolved. Thank you.”

“It took a couple of trys to get the key cut correctly, but they were very responsive to my initial concerns with the keys not working and were keen to get the issue rectified. The price was good compared to other online suppliers.”

“Keys arrived and they work. Glad I looked them up. Would get five stars if delivery was quicker, although a postal strike may have delayed earlier delivery, but got within a week of ordering, will use again.”
