“Delivery in time but with a new set of keys we have to play a bit to get them do the work. It’s not straight forward. Kids couldn’t use them.”

“I ordered three keys to be delivered in the mail. They were delivered the next day. There was a little confusion as to which keys were for which lock. Replacement Keys Ltd. had not clearly labelled them but had done the logical thing so there was no problem in the end. At first I thought the replacement keys did not work but they did when one holds them right! I had expected having to get used to knowing how to work them.”

“Having lost a pair of Ingersol keys to my garage I ordered a couple of replacements. One worked fine but the other works but is difficult to turn as the lock is old and the original key is worn as well but works fine. Hopefully the new key will wear in and does work with a bit of force.”

“The online purchase was straightforward it just required a photo of the key and the keys reference number. The replacement key arrived the following day. The cost was about half the cost of an original Ultion copy, the quality seemed every bit equal to the original.”

“Ordered two keys for Kawasaki by the number. When the keys arrived they were the wrong ones, l emailed the supplier with a picture of the original key and the ones supplied. Two correct keys arrived with in a couple of days.”

“Unfortunately the keys I ordered did not open the lock, I contacted the company, and they asked me to send a photo, which I did, I was then told that they didn't have the right key for my lock. I've sent them back as requested and I'm now waiting for a refund”
