“The online purchase was straightforward it just required a photo of the key and the keys reference number. The replacement key arrived the following day. The cost was about half the cost of an original Ultion copy, the quality seemed every bit equal to the original.”

“Ordered two keys for Kawasaki by the number. When the keys arrived they were the wrong ones, l emailed the supplier with a picture of the original key and the ones supplied. Two correct keys arrived with in a couple of days.”

“Unfortunately the keys I ordered did not open the lock, I contacted the company, and they asked me to send a photo, which I did, I was then told that they didn't have the right key for my lock. I've sent them back as requested and I'm now waiting for a refund”

“bizarrely, both my keys snapped in the lock, but when i brought this to their attention, they responded straight away, and had 2 replacements out next day. would defo use again, as they sorted the issue.”
