“bizarrely, both my keys snapped in the lock, but when i brought this to their attention, they responded straight away, and had 2 replacements out next day. would defo use again, as they sorted the issue.”

“I bought two replacement keys which are for my front door the first two which were sent unfortunately did not work but I contacted the customer service and supplied pictures of both old & new keys & they sent another set within 10 days which work perfectly. Price was very good too for specialized keys. I would recommend this company.”
