“The initial order arrived as promised but unfortunately there was an error and the supplied keys did not fit the lock. I sent a further photo and received replacements within a couple of days which did now fit the lock. The service was timely, the error rectified immediately so very happy to recommend”

“Very good service and easy to use , unfortunately the keys did not work straightaway and had to be buffed down a little but don’t think it was the keys more the barrel was worn . So if it had been new barrel they may have worked straightaway”

“Excellent service, the first set of keys did not work because my code was incorrect. Sent photos of the original key and no problems the second set worked as required. Refund for the first set was prompt.”

“After I order 3rd set of keys they were fine. First two sets I had to throw away as were not what were in the website. Anyway happy with final keys but not too happy I paid for 2 sets and only got 1 final working set. I have to say fast a delivery everytime sets this company above the rest”

“I had previously used https://www.ingersolllocks.co.uk/collections/order-keys to replace an Ingersoll front door key but this time gave Replacement Keys a go as they were cheaper and pretty well reviewed. The finished article wasn't as good with both keys that I received more difficult to get into the lock than I had expected. I guess they will do as emergency keys to leave with neighbours. Delivery was efficient and prompt. The Post Office should have asked for a signature but didn't do so though that wasn't the supplier's fault. Update - I have to commend the company's response to the above review. They were in touch quickly and made a suggestion as to how my issue could be corrected.”

“Finally got the keys. When I placed the order I was told to expect the replacement keys in 5-14 working days. It took over 5 weeks. The keys were exactly what I ordered but the shipping time was way too slow.”
