“The keys arrived very speedily but whilst the key number is identical to the number engraved on my car roof bars unfortunately they don't work.”

“hi I ordered replacement keys for a hafele cabinet lock, but they do not fit, despite having given you the correct number on the key. I messaged you to ask if I could buy key blanks to get cut myself from the keys that I have and I got no response from you”

“Ordered a garage master key which won't open either of my garage doors. Having examined the key and compared it with the image on the website (and the websites of other suppliers), it's obvious that the valley nearest the head of the key is no more than 50% of the depth shown in the website image. This probably explains why the key doesn't work. I have raised my concern with Replacement Keys.”

“Keys were dispatched very quickly and arrived next day but didn't fit the lock. Having prised open the draw and retrieved the spare within it can easily be seen the side indentations on the replacement key was notably less than the original. Ps the cabinet and lock were brand new and therefore the lock/key are not worn. Without a telephone number to contact Replacement Keys I have put this down to a bad experience and written off the cost.”

“Purchased 2 keys for Snap On Roll Cab (Y306), quick delivery and good communication, keys came and they did not work, i purchased a key direct from Snap On which wasn't as much as expected although the service from them was terrible (10 week delivery) anyway when it came it was perfect, i sent an image to Replacement Keys to show them the difference, no feedback or any communication at all, rather disappointed actually! i did file the 2 keys to the Snap On profile myself and they do now function although not as good as the original but as a descent couple of spares.”

“I ordered a key that was advertised as 'fitting Anglia Window locks'. However, it didn't fit my Anglia locks. I was advised by my local locksmith that there are a number of lever combinations that Anglia have used on their windows, of which this was only one. So the description of this item is not correct. It should be made clear that the key supplied is just one of the Anglia combinations and will only fit locks with the corresponding lever arrangement.”
