“The keys arrived promptly and looked like the broken key we were replacing. However, when we tried them in the window locks, disappointingly, they would not work. I think the barrel may be too narrow.”

“keys are not a good fit in lock. they do the job but take a bit of getting in and out of lock. Do worry that they will damage lock”

“although service was prompt the key did not fit the lock and has in fact broken the barrel in the process i have not contacted you to ask for redress as cost of key was so little compared to the purchase of a complete new lock. Maybe you can look at the situation ?”
