“Very good price and prompt delivery. Keys not finished and required filing which I could do. Apology received from replacement keys when informed.”

“Keys were difficult to use first time. I had to use a rat-tail file to remove some burrs from each of the 3 keys you supplied. Now OK.”

“When ordering keys absolutely brilliant, but I had sent 2 email requests to see if they could help me out with cabinets that had no make on them and never had a reply, despite the web site saying you can request help. Please can you reply to me, thanks”

“Price was better than I thought. Took much longer to come than expected, had to enquire. Keys cut from longer blanks, so excess unrequired metal length on key. Do the job.”

“I recently ordered 2 x window keys but unfortunately they were sent to the wrong address which was not my fault. I visited the address they were sent to and asked them to drop the keys at my house when they arrived. The duly did and I sent them at my own expense back to replacement keys with an explanatory note and a follow up e mail. To date I have not received any acknowledgment for my honesty!”

“Service was very good, except for the poor data security. It is necessary to enter name, address and key number all without any encrypted data entry in to the website. If the webpage is monitored or hacked then the lock’s location and key may be known by a potential thief.”

“Hi, I haven’t received them yet as I am in Australia and it’s Christmas time, so mail delays should be expected. Please send me another email in about a weeks time, by then I should have received them. Regards Brent Malcolm”

“The site is easy to navigate and the service was good. However, I needed to order for business purposes and there is no method of getting a quotation to forward to my accounts payable. Also, for items going to Ireland there is no method of VAT being removed. I was offered a refund against a second payment but if I only needed one item I would not have been offered.”
