“The keys were delivered very quickly, but did not fit the locks correctly, each key had to be filed to make them go into the lock. Looks like a software issue.”

“Problem with the key supplied from your supplier and a replacement key was the wrong pattern. Last key sent works reasonably well with a bit of fiddling (mainly doors which could be wear).”

“Replacement Keys Ltd sent me a set of keys that didn't work, therefore I suffered a high financial loss having them sent to me, and then having them sent back. I should have paid a little extra and go through the original lock company, then I would have a set of keys that would have worked, and not be as much out of pocket.”

“The whole process of ordering the key online was very easy.. Take a picture of key ~ attach picture ~ fill in details and pay.. But the turnaround I thought was quite poor.. No good if I was in a rush..”

“Only opens one of four doors, it's the main door, the others are lockers, I suppose this is acceptable, although my expectation was that the key would open all doors. I notice the locks have SM1 code, maybe if this was submitted the key would have worked on all doors, or if my image was clearer of the key pattern.”

“The website listed all the key codes for the particular make of key I needed cutting and I took this to mean that they were able to cut them all. This was not the case. I had to spend time and effort photographing over half the keys I needed cutting and then uploading them before then emailing them to Replacement Keys so that they could cut them.”

“The service was superb keys arrived next day BUT would NOT go into lock as it had not had the groves milled out to the correct width using a vernier to find the problem then use a dremel with narrow grinding wheel adjusted the groves width now they fit”
