“I ordered some replacement keys and when they arrived they didn’t fit. As soon as I informed the company I was immediately sent out a new set. I was very impressed with the service I received.”

“They sent a follow up email which allowed us both to realise that the keys were 'delivered' but in fact they were not. They resolved the issue asap and I now have the keys. Very good service and after care”

“I ordered keys for my Gobi Monokey topbox. To my disappointment the keys didn't fit. I contacted customer services who apologised and sent replacements. Sadly, the 2nd set did not work either. I again contacted customer services who further apologised and promised a third set of keys. These arrived and I am pleased to say they work! Good price for the keys and it would have been 5 stars if they had arrived correctly and not taken 3 attempts. I would used the company again as they did correct their error promptly.”

“Delivery in good time. Key profile appears correct compared with the original but keys will not fully enter the lock or open it. I have tried filing to remove burrs, but with no success”

“The first set that arrived did not work and I emailed the company. A reply was received within the hour with a request to send a comparison image of original and replacement key. A follow-up email was received early the next morning to confirm that a new set would be sent out which worked perfectly. There will always be occasions when a problem arises, and it’s how a company deals with it that leaves a good impression. Replacement Keys Ltd. passed the test with flying colours. Thank you Hayley and Richard.”

“Excellent item and really pleased. There was a small issue with the colours that were not what I wanted. Customer services got back to me and sorted everything out so no complaints there. We all miss the odd email or get things slightly wrong but for my money it is how it is dealt with that counts. 10/10 on customer service”

“I've used this company twice now and referred a friend! It's simple and quick to use; customer services is quick to respond if you need help. A service like this is a god send for me, it's really difficult to get into my local key cutting shop, as I have a disability affecting my mobility. Parking is nowhere near it. This service is simple and a cost effective alternative The only negative about key replacement *(and I completely understand why this is) is that they do not cut house keys, but they advertise on their website that they do. For everything else they are great!”
