“Keys were delivered on time as promised. I had to order three keys to ensure one would fit my machine as I did not have a ignition serial No. other than that I am pleased with the service I received.”

“Very fast delivery and key works fine - only reason why four not Five stars is that the metal handle bit isn’t as satisfyingly thick as the Apro original. But very good price and totally functional. Would give 4.95 stars if possible.”

“Beware Gatemate keys use the same code for 2 very different keys. So I needed to order again when 1 key fitted but the other didn't work. Replacement Keys persisted and I now have 2 working keys!”

“Very happy with the service. Nice and easy. Key works fine in all the locks it was bought for. Arrived fairly quickly. Only hold up was with customs entering into Ireland and the customs charge but thsts nothing to do with replacement keys Ltd.”

“I ordered keys for my Gobi Monokey topbox. To my disappointment the keys didn't fit. I contacted customer services who apologised and sent replacements. Sadly, the 2nd set did not work either. I again contacted customer services who further apologised and promised a third set of keys. These arrived and I am pleased to say they work! Good price for the keys and it would have been 5 stars if they had arrived correctly and not taken 3 attempts. I would used the company again as they did correct their error promptly.”

“Delivery in good time. Key profile appears correct compared with the original but keys will not fully enter the lock or open it. I have tried filing to remove burrs, but with no success”

“The first set that arrived did not work and I emailed the company. A reply was received within the hour with a request to send a comparison image of original and replacement key. A follow-up email was received early the next morning to confirm that a new set would be sent out which worked perfectly. There will always be occasions when a problem arises, and it’s how a company deals with it that leaves a good impression. Replacement Keys Ltd. passed the test with flying colours. Thank you Hayley and Richard.”
