“first-order had one wrong key, but it was replaced very fast and efficiently. i would highly recommend the service.”

“The first key I received wouldn't work, wrote an email asked for replacement and the staff responded to the email within 30mins. I got another key 2 days later and it works perfectly well.”

“This should have been 5-star. I ordered two pairs of keys on a Friday and they arrived in Scotland the next day. Unfortunately, one pair did not work. I contacted Replacement Keys on Monday and they dispatched replacements which then arrived three days later.”

“Disappointed at first , key didn’t work . Brand new lock . It was suggested that I needed to oil the lock , this didn’t work. We looked at the keys and had another one cut . The second key works perfectly .”

Hi there, We hadn't heard a response to our suggestion to try WD-40 to see if the lock needed lubricating so we assumed this had resolved your issue. Now that you have got in touch to highlight the issue is still apparent I have escalated your email to our workshop to find a resolution. I have sent you an email to confirm this. “Keys arrived promptly, however they were incorrect although had the correct number inscribed on them. After contacting seller a fresh set was sent out immediately and promptly received, checked and confirmed to be correct. Very satisfactory resolution and will be happy to recommend.”

“Excellent service, and surprisingly quick delivery - opted for Royal Mail delivery and they arrived in less than 24 hours! Only reason for not giving the full 5 stars is that one of the keys is a little stiff and may be a few microns out, but it does work with a bit of a persistence”
