“Had a issue keys were wrong sent a photo of my key aside wrong key and they quickly sent the correct keys no hassle will use them again”

“Reaction to the order v.g. with a v.g. package. The key itself was not quite 'finished' and my husband had to do a quick flck to get the metal whips off the key. Then, once smoother, we oiled it and it worked fine. So I think the 'finish' was not quite good enough if one did not have a handyman with knowhow on hand.”

“I ordered four new keys for a new Yale lock. I could have gone to the town and ordered from one of those kiosks at a huge price but found Replacement Keys online. I took a photo of my key and emailed it to Replacement Keys. A few days later my new keys arrived but would not unlock/lock the door unless I withdrew the key a fraction and jiggled it around. I contacted Replacement Keys mand after a couple of conversations I sent them a photo of the original and replacement side by side. They Identified the problem straight away and sent me four new keys which wor as desired. Very good customer service.”

“Keys fitted perfectly .. I was awaiting delivery of replacement keys for my tool kit But had to order them during the Christmas break. I emailed them to ensure the keys had been posted and were immediately set at ease thank you..”

“The first key I received wouldn't work, wrote an email asked for replacement and the staff responded to the email within 30mins. I got another key 2 days later and it works perfectly well.”

“This should have been 5-star. I ordered two pairs of keys on a Friday and they arrived in Scotland the next day. Unfortunately, one pair did not work. I contacted Replacement Keys on Monday and they dispatched replacements which then arrived three days later.”
