“Very prompt service - appropriate keys easily identified on the website - all fitted and worked - one slightly sticky but just needed a light touch with abrasive paper”

“Disappointed at first , key didn’t work . Brand new lock . It was suggested that I needed to oil the lock , this didn’t work. We looked at the keys and had another one cut . The second key works perfectly .”

Hi there, We hadn't heard a response to our suggestion to try WD-40 to see if the lock needed lubricating so we assumed this had resolved your issue. Now that you have got in touch to highlight the issue is still apparent I have escalated your email to our workshop to find a resolution. I have sent you an email to confirm this. “Keys arrived promptly, however they were incorrect although had the correct number inscribed on them. After contacting seller a fresh set was sent out immediately and promptly received, checked and confirmed to be correct. Very satisfactory resolution and will be happy to recommend.”

“Excellent service, and surprisingly quick delivery - opted for Royal Mail delivery and they arrived in less than 24 hours! Only reason for not giving the full 5 stars is that one of the keys is a little stiff and may be a few microns out, but it does work with a bit of a persistence”

“Very quick delivery. Key matched from serial number although appears slightly differing in pattern. More jiggling needed in lock to turn so hopefully will bed in before too long”
