“Amazing customer service, with queries answered promptly and with professionalism. Samples were delivered for free (max 4). No sales pressure when speaking directly with the sales team. Carpet ordered at a great price, and delivered on time, albeit a hiccup with DX, which was sorted out by Remland the nextday. I have no qualms recommending this company, and will definitely use them again - OUTSTANDING 👏👏👏”

“If product is unavailable in stock atleast you can make them unavailable from website . Don’t keep customers waiting for weeks for product to arrive after paying .”

“Not yet fitted but the product and service is spot on. Don’t buy Lino with a 0.2 mm wear layer, as it won’t last - buy Remlands, as it’s 0.7 mm and will last forever”

“We were refurbing a rather shabby upstairs bathroom in the hopes of it becoming a Victorian inspired luxury spot in our home and were pulling our hair out trying to find some lino that might complete the design. I admit I was dubious that it would fit the bill but it went down this weekend and WOW! Its absolutely beautiful. Excellent quality, lovely and cushioned under foot and very easy to fit. The results were amazing. Really pulled the design together. So pleased I found Remland”

“I'm pleased to say that I had no issues at all , took about 2 weeks to arrive but I was kept updated , it's the right size, colour pattern etc, the delivery company DX were the only issues - not Remland Carpets , I called Remlamd customer services and was spoke to quickly, they took on my comments and seemed very professional , I had read some bad reviews but I can honestly say my experience was seamless and I would use them again.”

“I found Remland carpets a great service. I ordered vinyls. We had two cuts of one design but unfortunately one of them wasn’t the correct colourway. I called Remland and they rectified the order straight away and I received the correct vinyl the next day. Which was great as our fitter was booked in. A great service, and great customer care with a human not a chat bot. I would highly recommend Remland and will be using them again shortly. Thank you 🙏🏽”
