“Great Service. I emailed in because I had missed the easter offer while searching for flloring and I really wanted the Lifestyle Floors Colosseum XL, its been hard to find! I had the pleasure of dealing with Sophie who was very prompt at replying and was able to offer me a deal on my purchase. I placed the order successfully online and had the flooring within the week. It was all very well packed and came on a pallet, my floor fitter has commented on how good they look. The experience with Remland has been great, cant fault them. I would recommend the business to anyone looking to order flooring and accessories. Thanks for the help Sophie.”

“I got Remland carpets contact number when I was looking for a special Bostic 2-part screed which wasn't supplied by any of my local North Wales suppliers. I spoke to James and Sophie and found all the information they supplied very helpful. Ordering was easy (website good) and delivery direct to my tradesman efficient. I would have no hesitation in recommending then to others. I always write reviews of people who have served me well and am not doing this for the reward.”

“Service was okay although carriage charges are on the high side. The coir mat was of very average quality and not is the same league as the one it replaced. One of the issues of buying online I guess as you can’t see or feel the quality.”

“Ordered 2 lots of floor adhesive. First lot arrived perfectly 2 days later. Realised I hadn't bought enough hence the 2nd lot. Unfortunately, the 2nd lot was damaged so was returned by DX and I needed it for this weekend. I emailed Redland but they couldn't get any to me before Tuesday and offered a refund without any prompting. Top service. Will definitely buy from these guys again.”

“Very pleased with the Signature SPC flooring which, as I live locally, I collected from Folkestone recently. I got it installed with no issue in my office at home where it replaced some carpet fitted by Remland about 20 years ago! The price was competitive and I was offered a little discount when placing the order which is always welcome! The product is excellent and comes with a built-in underlay. Its has laid very nicely on my existing floor boards and tidied up this room.”
