Not only were they one of the only suppliers of the floor that I had spent literally 6 months trying to find, but the delivery was incredibly fast and they kept you updated with key information about dispatch and delivery times. “First delivery of vinyl was really badly torn. Customer service was excellent & they replaced it quickly. However replacement had a small tear. So their products clearly need a better checking system before despatch.”

“Pleased with the service, since I only ordered two small lengths of Flowtex, one 1.5 mtrs long and one 2.5mtrs long. Another company I tried would only let me order full mtr lengths. So I was very pleased when Remland would supply just what I wanted.”

“The ordering and delivery of material was straightforward, though the initial estimate of delivery leaves a very wide range of dates which makes it difficult to arrange fitting. The material itself was as ordered, but was slightly disappointing in that it was supposed to be an exact replacement for a previous order but the colours in this batch are definitely less vivid than the previous version.”

“Colour is more turquoise than it looks online but nonetheless I love it. It feels warm to walk on and easy to lay. The fish look like 3d. It was expensive but worth the money. Well wrapped up and was delivered within 3 days of ordering. Highly recommended.”

“Dear Sir/Madame! My order has been delivered with broken film sealing at the ends of the 4 m roll because the delivery man was dragging the roll as it could be through the car park. As a result - both ends with damaged sealing and one end was visibly spoiled. No wounder- he was unable to do the job alone. When I reminded about signing the delivery- he refused, explaining that they do not practice to sign a delivery.?! Why on earth had you advised us to sign if it is damaged in any way? I have been very pleased at Remland service storing my chosen marvelous vinyl after placing the order ( though I needed only a 3 m width, but due to the shortage at the store I agreed on the 4 m width - I liked the design) , but the delivery has spoiled this positive experience.
