“Really disappointed ! The product was advertised incorrectly resulting in me receiving vinyl with a really large pattern instead of the small pattern shown on line. I sent pictures to them showing the difference and they want me to pay to return the vinyl along with a restocking charge. Even though the item was advertised incorrectly !! Not a great experience at all.”

“All ok, but maybe some cardboard corner protectors would be useful. No damage to speak of and nothing that will spoil what I need it for, but they would help . Other than that all perfect and very prompt delivery. Thanks”

“The product was not as pictured or described. The product was named as “beige” in colour but turned out to be brown. I did contact Remland who then agreed it was the wrong colour and sent me another carpet. That one arrived and was also the wrong colour. Upon contacting Remland again they then said the colour was in fact correct. Although they say this is the correct carpet, I feel the product name and description is misleading from what it actually looks like.”

“Couldn't be happier with the service provided by Remland. Not only were they one of the only suppliers of the floor that I had spent literally 6 months trying to find, but the delivery was incredibly fast and they kept you updated with key information about dispatch and delivery times. “Pleased with the service, since I only ordered two small lengths of Flowtex, one 1.5 mtrs long and one 2.5mtrs long. Another company I tried would only let me order full mtr lengths. So I was very pleased when Remland would supply just what I wanted.”

“The ordering and delivery of material was straightforward, though the initial estimate of delivery leaves a very wide range of dates which makes it difficult to arrange fitting. The material itself was as ordered, but was slightly disappointing in that it was supposed to be an exact replacement for a previous order but the colours in this batch are definitely less vivid than the previous version.”
