“A good company to do business with and a good experience. I would have liked more updates on delivery time scale, evenually called and delivery was due out next day. 3 day delivery. Coir matting arrived well wrapped in plastic sheeting. Quality was good. there were a few two/three inch tears along the one edge, for me that wasnt a probem as these were in the excess to requirement area. If the whole area of matt was needed then the coir would have been ok as the thick rubber backing holds the tufts in place.”

“The boxes containing the vinyl flooring were both badly ripped. The product inside was ok but really not best ever. I know the stock came straight from the manufacturer so accept out of control of Remland.”

“The vinyl we purchased is lovely and exactly what we were after however we are very disappointed that the delivery was left dumped on our driveway without any note.”

“Ordered 8 x scotia for delivery which is £8.95 (1-3 days). Never arrived. Contacted Remland after 8 days who said it must have been lost. Difficult to believe as scotia is 2.4 metres long and packed in a 3 metre long tube. Probably never sent in the first place. Anyway, they sorted it and sent me 'another' batch which miraculously arrived after 3 days. Quality of product is decent as I have bought this product from them previously, and I will use them again despite the shipping issue on this occasion.”

“The communication could have been better , I waited over two weeks for my flooring and I had to do all the following up, When the flooring arrived it was damaged , fortunately I managed to fit the flooring with the damage to the outside making it not to noticeable”

“Vinyl was of good quality however the communication regarding delivery was left wanting, order was still showing as being processed a week after order was placed and was delivered the next day after requesting an update via online chat. I will order again as price and quality is faultless just need better communication regarding delivery.”

“The flooring was well made, arrived promptly and looks good once fitted. It was fortunate that I allowed a bit extra in case I made a mistake as there was a corner missing from the flooring - effectively reducing the useable area and forcing my choice of how best to cut the floor to fit!”

“I love the floor, but it is very thin compared to other cushion floors that I have had. I am also very puzzled as to why the roll or flooring itself was covered in tape, rather than just the packaging. I now have several stripes of sticky glue where the tape was that will not wash off. I have tried everything bit it will not budge and spoils the look and feel of the floor. If someone walks on those areas in their socks, they stick to the residue, pulling the floor up slightly which creates air bubbles, and then leaves fluff in the glue which makes the floor look dirty.”

“Buying the product on-line was no problem but the roll of Marmoleum was not sufficiently protected by the packaging to prevent some damage occuring during transit. Sending it back would have been more trouble than it was worth, so I reluctantly accepted what was delivered.”

“Good service, but was disappointed with the quality of the tub of adhesive. There was a lot of dried out material in the tub, making it lumpy. Don't know if it was old, but had 10/19 printed on a label on the lid. Also is not covering the area suggested and will probably have to buy another one.”

“Wasn’t very happy that delivery driver put it in rain over gate without seemingly trying to see if anyone was home (they were). It is incredibly heavy to move alone! Can’t comment on quality or pattern yet as still outside.”

“Marie was very helpful answering all my questions. I was told delivery was expected on Friday 6th December and the delivery didn't arrive until 11th. It would have been nice to get a message before 6th to say the delivery wouldn't come (we received notification that afternoon) as I had arranged for a builder to come. Also the notched trowel was missing from the delivery. The flooring is good though.”

“Have not opened the boxes yet. Service was excellent. Delivery up to par. Cannot comment on the product as yet. Acceptable rating is the best I can do at present. Ask again after the new year.”

“The web site says that when order is confirmed customer receives a delivery time slot. I didn’t receive this time slot and enquires about it I was told it was because the item was out of stock. Was given a delivery day but item not delivered till next day complete waste of time and poor customer service”

“After my order was placed an e mail was received informing me that I was to be notified when the foods were to be dispatched.The e mail never appeared so I found my self calling the supplier chasing up the delivery for a date. Which arrived as per the chase up conversation. That to me was the part that let down the process otherwise no complaints.”
