Wasn’t very happy that delivery driver put it in rain over gate without seemingly trying to see if anyone was home (they were). It is incredibly heavy to move alone! Can’t comment on quality or pattern yet as still outside.

Marie was very helpful answering all my questions. I was told delivery was expected on Friday 6th December and the delivery didn't arrive until 11th. It would have been nice to get a message before 6th to say the delivery wouldn't come (we received notification that afternoon) as I had arranged for a builder to come. Also the notched trowel was missing from the delivery. The flooring is good though.

Have not opened the boxes yet. Service was excellent. Delivery up to par. Cannot comment on the product as yet. Acceptable rating is the best I can do at present. Ask again after the new year.

The web site says that when order is confirmed customer receives a delivery time slot. I didn’t receive this time slot and enquires about it I was told it was because the item was out of stock. Was given a delivery day but item not delivered till next day complete waste of time and poor customer service

After my order was placed an e mail was received informing me that I was to be notified when the foods were to be dispatched.The e mail never appeared so I found my self calling the supplier chasing up the delivery for a date. Which arrived as per the chase up conversation. That to me was the part that let down the process otherwise no complaints.

Good delivery time, unfortunately there are scathes on the surface which weren't noticed until after fitting. So only 3 stars!

Easy to order, vinyl flooring was good quality, however delays in delivery without any notification, then a slightly damaged roll that we had to work around as we had no time to return it & get more delivered.

Would rate product, communication and delivery time as very good BUT down rated review due to damaged goods on delivery. Unfortunately didn't notice until we unrolled ready for fitting as at far end of roll .Luckily had ordered half metre more than needed & the 2 tears were in the end cut off so didn't return so can't comment on Co's return policy.

No problem with Remland Carpets, our order arrived damaged but no problem Remland despatched replacement straight away.How ever not impressed with their delivery contractor ,1st delivery left on doorstep damaged contrary to delivery instructions,replacement items took 48 hours to deliver not the 24 hour as advertised

Good pricing and a simple ordering process. Several issues with delivery as dispatch was not actioned once the order arrived at the warehouse and had to phone several days later to arrange delivery. DX the couriers were also lapse with providing an estimated delivery time and simply arrived and passed my order up to me on a balcony at the back of the house rather than bring the order kerbside round the front. Mixed review, but appreciate some of the issues are not within Remlands control.

The sample did not show the full pattern of the tile. It would have been more useful to have a bigger sample.

Hello Kelly, Many thanks for the review on your Free sample. We try to send out as much as the material as we can on one sample so you can see the design, the box we send samples out in is a standard size. Thanks again for the review !

Very good price and lowest delivery cost I could find. Product quickly dispatched. Unfortunately the vinyl had a hole in when delivered. It was a perfect round hole like a paper punch would make and was on the inside of the roll so didn’t happen in transit. Very disappointing as it must have been clearly visible during dispatch. Luckily it just happened to be on a part that needed to be cut away during fitting.

We do check all rolls to ensure no damage is on the flooring before sending it out, sometimes the roll wrapped up in the vinyl if stood on or crushed can slightly pierce the vinyl. We are glad you was able to cut around the hole and fit your vinyl flooring, we hope to see you online again soon! :)

Only giving a 3 because my vinyl was damaged but otherwise the service was excellent Detailed e mails Prompt reply to my complaint and some refund I am really pleased with the vinyl but would be reluctant to use you again due to the damage as the product appeared so well wrapped

Hello mrs Gallagher, thanks for the review. We do try our best to wrap up the flooring to the best we possibly can. Sadly, sometimes the couriers do not handle the product with care and this can sometimes cause slight damage to the product. We are really sorry about this, We are glad you have now sorted this and the flooring has been fitted.

We placed two orders online a few days apart. The first order was trouble-free. We haven't used the vinyl yet, but it looks all right. The second order was more complicated and involved several telephone calls, an unanswered email, and finally cancellation and a refund. So, a mixed bag, but a genuine company, and good value when they can get the product. .

Two out of five items split under pressure of wrapping - luckily I’ll be trimming the pieces and can cut off the damage.
