“Unfortunately the vinyl flooring that is supposed to look like a sandy beach doesn't.”

“We ordered some vinyl. The product was just what we wanted, but the deliver was not. It was not delivered to our address, but dumped in a yard about half a mile away. Luckily we found out where it was and then we had to borrow a van to transport it, as the roll was 3m long!”

“A generous three stars as there is a pandemic disrupting normal service, I'll assume. Flotex carpet was ordered in mid June. It is now mid August with no indication of the paid-for carpet being delivered anytime soon. Trying to stay positive.”

“The product itself is very good but it took a while to get it here. I only received 2 x samples from 4 ordered and that was only after I'd chased it up. The vinyl had been on offer initially but because of the delay with samples it had gone back up to full price by the time I'd ordered. It took a while for delivery too. For some reason it went from Glasgow to the east of Scotland before making its way to me on the west coast. Once down it looks lovely and I'm pleased with it.”

“The samples we ordered took over 2 weeks to arrive...compared to competitors arriving within 1-2 days which was disappointing. I nearly gave up with ever receiving them, and wasn't too impressed. However, once the samples arrived and one was the best match colour wise....the ordering process was easy and the flooring arrived within 2-3 working days. I was also advised by the delivery company when it would be delivered .”

“Ordered one style of laminate flooring but wasn’t informed that it wasn’t available for two weeks and only after I emailed. Frustrated with the delay but once they realised what was going on they gave me the chance to look for other options and were helpful from then on. Flooring is good quality though at a good price so would shop again”

“Nothing wrong with the colour or quality of the vinyl or delivery. The order was for 2m length of 1m width. In fact, the width supplied turned out to less by between 60 and 75mm (unevenly cut). Fortunately the actual width required was 910mm, otherwise I would have had the inconvenience of having to return it.”

“I bought two bags , one was proper with name blue heaven on it, second all plain without any name, wasn’t sure that was right one or not , there’s wasn’t enough time to discuss this , job was important so had to fit that”

“Coir matting was OK. Didn't see size of threshold so bought wrong size, didn't try to return, couldn't be bothered. Also wasn't told when it would be delivered which was annoying, but it wasn't too long a wait.”

“Superb product arrived promptly. However, the company's advice on how to install it is incorrect. According to the manufacturers advice (and other companies that sell it) it is a floating floor covering and does not require adhesive. I questioned customer services about this only to be told that no, I needed to buy their adhesive, but to put my question in an email to them. I received no response from the email, but decided to ignore the adhesive advice and to follow the manufacturer's guidelines. Having said that, Remland sell it for a good price compared to others and the prompt delivery is reliable, so I would buy from them again.”
