Hello Mr Smith, Thanks very much for your feedback. We apologise for the carpet arriving with some tracking marks through the pile. If you can please send us some images of this issue, we can resolve this for you. Unfortunately the couriers held the carpet back at their depot to check the weight of the consignment. We was glad to have informed you in time so you could make other arrangements. Please accept our apologises for this inconvenience we will look out for your email with more information.

“Great carpets bars not quite rose gold as colour stated but looks fantastic on my red carpet more a pink, light purple but look good service of remands was good after I had contacted them after waiting 10 days on them with no contact too say they couldn’t get colour I ordered so just ordered another colour but had too pay carpet fitter twice too come back and put them on was going too buy another pink one but the delivery was more than the bar so didn’t bother”

“Ordered Flotex carpet tiles for my kitchen and, oh my goodness, I;m so pleased I did. They look fab and will serve their purpose well in this heavily used, walk through room. Remland were extremely efficient in fulfilling my order and delivery was on time as advertised. Excellent all round service - will use again if necessary and would definitely recommend.”
