“Would rate product, communication and delivery time as very good BUT down rated review due to damaged goods on delivery. Unfortunately didn't notice until we unrolled ready for fitting as at far end of roll .Luckily had ordered half metre more than needed & the 2 tears were in the end cut off so didn't return so can't comment on Co's return policy.”

“Very good service, I ordered only 4m2 of vinyl, unfortunately when this arrived the exterior was damaged in transit. I thought I may get away with this part being under a loo but found that the damage was deeper and the vinyl unusable for its intended purpose. i contacted Remland and they immediately sent out a replacement. Which i’m Yet to unwrap - but no damage on the exterior so I can’t fault their service and would use them again.”

“Product absolutely fine but delivery and customer service poor. Floor not dispatched on time with poor communication. Delayed moving into a house as a result and asked to pay an extra £20 for quicker delivery on top of what I'd already paid. Would not buy from again”
