“Product absolutely fine but delivery and customer service poor. Floor not dispatched on time with poor communication. Delayed moving into a house as a result and asked to pay an extra £20 for quicker delivery on top of what I'd already paid. Would not buy from again”

“Correspondence very good, when they were unable to get stock of our order, went above and beyond to source stock, eventually securing some which was a larger width, but no increase in price to us. Fantastic service, thank you.”

“The initial contact by computer was very helpful and the carpet arrived well before time. However the laying of the carpet was delayed for two weeks hence the delay. The service by Remland Carpets was excellent in every way. I have recommended them to all my friends and neighbours Many Thanks.”

“Customer service and help was excellent. Carpet was brilliant quality apart from a rip in the carpet that caused us to waste alot of the spare we wanted as a runner. Wasnt checked by the company before sending out gor delivery”

“I would use this company again. I ordered samples and selected some Titanium XT for my kitchen. It was delivered within a few days of being ordered, very well wrapped up. It is still in its' packaging as I'm waiting for the fitter so can't comment on how it performs but having had this type of vinyl before I'm sure it will be fine. This particular one looks to be good quality, quite thick with a tough surface, and was a good price in the sale. I think Remland should make it clear that they can email a definite date for delivery. I didn't know this and didn't want to be out when it arrived so phoned a couple of times to chase the order. The staff were very helpful in following up the order and did give me a definite delivery date.”
