The flooring took longer to arrive than we thought- we had booked fitters to ensure a perfect finish. In fortunately when they and we unpacked the flooring there was a large deep gouge through the centre of the roll several layers deep. Fortunately the fitters were able to salvage a piece big enough for our bathroom, but our porch and utility room remain uncovered. Unfortunately on the afternoon of the fitting we had to leave home to be with my father in law who was dying so since then it’s all been pretty full on. Will happily send pictures, death certificate etc but we don’t feel paying for flooring we can’t use is fair. I look forward to your call. Thank you.

It took around 3 months to get the vinyl bathroom flooring we wanted .. never again will we order from you

The vinyl flooring you purchased is made to order and states this in the product description. We rang and emailed you to ensure you were up to date with your order and to keep you posted. I do apologise for the waiting time but this was out of our control as the flooring is made to order. We have taken your feedback onboard and will use it to improve our operations in the future.

We ordered an 8.5m x 4m roll of luxury vinyl. The service and delivery was 5 star, though not sure how a lot of people would have been to have got the delivery to where they wanted it as it needs 2 people and there was only a single delivery driver. The reason for the 1 star is that I was short-changed. We only got 7.75m x 4m which meant we could not cut the roll up as we needed and had a lot of wastage. I sent an email asking for the money back for the 3 sq meters that we were short-changed (ignoring that we lost several more square meters wastage because we couldn't cut it as we wanted). The company didn't have the courtesy to reply to my email (nearly 2 weeks now), which is disgusting, given that they are at fault. I strongly suggest you measure the full length before cutting it if you can. We didn't have that luxury as we didn't have a space to roll it out fully. Maybe they will reply now I have had to give this review.

delivered to an address in basildon not to me in ilford,i cant understand why. i still waiting for my refund after a week of asking to cancel the transaction....

Not happy as still have not received Lino yet, have called twice but no one ever gets back to me,will try calling again on Monday 2nd May

We checked availability of Lino before ordering. It was meant to be available but was then told it wasn’t. Delivery date changed 3 times. Samples didn’t all arrive. Am still waiting on one. Alternative Lino ordered and this arrived with packaging damaged. Not very impressed

We bought this carpet because remland said it was easy to clean and that's not the case,I have contacted them a few times and they aren't replying, I have wrote to them again and if I don't get an reply I am going to trade and standards

If there was a zero star I would use that one. I ordered carpet tiles from here only to see that when they arrived they were the wrong colour. They looked nothing like in the photo. I have tried contacting them about this to no avail. Horrible Experience!

Have not received them yet. The long tube that was dropped to our address which the builder signed for was actually a local framer down the road. Our order has not turned up yet. If you could please find out where it went and have it delivered to us that would be fantastic as the builder is needing it in the coming week. We understand it is most likely the courier fault as he must have grabbed the wrong tube to us but we have not had anyone contact us to say someone has our shipment.

Remland needed a lot of chasing both in the invoicing and in the delivery. The carpet itself is fine but after all that is Forbo not Remland

Ordered a door butt, payed £30 received a piece of wood I could have paid a £5 for waste of money, no idea when it was turning up and a big disapointment

NOT HAPPY! Original website showed a gey coir mat. Ordered and paid £65 Mat arrived a purple/brown colour. New website still advertises a grey coir mat but the picture now shows purple/brown.

I Thank you for asking me. I ordered a piece of carpet on 9th February, and my credit card was immediately deductedby some £210. 84. Since then I have had no contact with this Company excepting promised delivery dates first of 12th March, then 19th, then finally 'your carpet has left the warehouse and will be delivered on the 24th'. No carpet has been forthcoming and I have now given up hope of concluding this matter amicably. I am requesting immediate return of the £210. 84 failing which I presume I have been victim of a fraud, and will proceed accordingly. At no point have I been offered any excuse or explanation, or indeed any apology for such inattention to service, and on this basis cannot recomend this Company
