I needed a metre by 80cms and asked that if I paid for the whole sq mtr could they please cut it only to 80 cms. I was told it wasn’t possible. However, when the matting arrived it had obviously been cut from a roll and both ends had been cut crookedly meaning I had to trim both ends- not an easy task for s 79 year old woman.

Very disappointed - not black and white as shown in the photo. It’s very definitely cream so completely unsuitable

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. The Majestic Victorian tile does state in the description that the flooring is cream not white, apologises that the image is misleading. We hope to see you online again soon.

I was advised to go online to order samples and was charged what I consider far too.much for the tiny samples I was sent. Unfortunately the colours were wro g but I won't pay again for more tiny samples

Hello Sally, Thank you for your review, we appreciate you leaving this. We do not charge for the samples, only for the P&P due to the high demand we have of sampling. We sadly can only send out what is able to fit in our sampling boxes.

I ordered a vinyl lino sample from you and the item took 4 days before I received it. The quality of sample looked cheap, it did not worth the price. Sorry I found a better quality and cheaper prices.

Hi Elaine, Thank you for your feedback. Our sampling service takes 3-5 days to deliver due to the high volume of samples we receive. Sorry to hear that the sample was not suitable for you, we are glad you was able to make a decision on the flooring after receiving the sample.

I sent off for free samples which took over a week to arrive and when they did come they were snippets which make it impossible to get an overall view before buying. Sorry - a big thumbs down!

I am still yet to receive my product I purchased. I am very disappointed with Remland Carpets However, the only good thing was the communication with Marie who is very quick at responding.

Hello Sean, Thank you for leaving a review. Your goods was sent out directly by the manufacturer (FORBO) and the delivery was completely out of our hands. Due to a bad accident which occurred it unfortunately caused major delays with getting orders out for delivery. We are glad the goods are now with you. Hello Mr Lomas, Thanks for the feedback. As explained on the phone the image shows the the Rib does run up the roll not across. We are glad that this issue has now been sorted and the matting has be returned back to us for a bigger size.

Wrong vinyl sent , not the one we ordered from sample sent, only found out when fitter came to fit it. Had to let him fit it or pay for nothing. Very dissapointed Alan

Hello Alan, I have tried to give you a call this afternoon to explain that the sample and vinyl you have received is the same. Vinyl is made in different batches and the colours do vary slightly from batch to batch. This is why the sample and flooring look slightly a different colour. My apologises for this inconvenience. You actually placed the order for the Free sample on the 9th Feb, which was 5 days ago. We then sent it out on Tuesday so it should be with you within the next few days. Took too long to get threshold bars When they arrived there was dramatic shade difference between the threshold bars. Very dissatisfied

6 days on from placing my order we have still not received delivery and cannot get a straight answer out of Remland. if you are buying online I advise checking other stockists on eBay first - prices there are much the same and at least you have recourse to eBay's complaints procedure if your order doesn't turn up.

Hello there, Thank you for your review. We advise 3-5 Working days for the vinyl you ordered. Your vinyl was a day delayed due to a very bad crash on the M1 which caused major traffic and unfortunately all the drivers going towards Scotland was unsuccessful with delivering the goods loaded on the trucks. As soon as we had this information we kept you updated. Our apologises that you was not happy with the service you received. We hope to see you online again soon.

We still haven't received our samples, so not a great review sorry! We would like to place an order as soon as possible, but a little concerned to do so, as don't want to be waiting this long for it!

Ordered 5m x 3.5m got 4.95m x3.7m, if your in the trade you will know carpet can be 1.25% under size on width of roll. I got caught out now I have a gap along skirting! No "good will" to fix as I should have read small print! or known I would get less than what is ordered. My advise read ALL the t's & c's so you dont get stung!

HI there, Sorry about this inconvenience, we did offer to help you with offering enough carpet to make a join. Sadly, as you fitted the carpet we was not able to take it back as return. We also would not advise using the width of a carpet as the length as this issue is common, your fitter should of let you know this. Once again we apologise for the inconvenience of this, if the carpet was unfitted we would of been able to accept the return.

I recently ordered a few samples and they where so small the pattern wasn’t visible... you’ve lost yourself a sale! I must add the envelope they came in was four times the size of the sample... common sense prevails!!!!
