We ordered an 8.5m x 4m roll of luxury vinyl. The service and delivery was 5 star, though not sure how a lot of people would have been to have got the delivery to where they wanted it as it needs 2 people and there was only a single delivery driver. The reason for the 1 star is that I was short-changed. We only got 7.75m x 4m which meant we could not cut the roll up as we needed and had a lot of wastage. I sent an email asking for the money back for the 3 sq meters that we were short-changed (ignoring that we lost several more square meters wastage because we couldn't cut it as we wanted). The company didn't have the courtesy to reply to my email (nearly 2 weeks now), which is disgusting, given that they are at fault. I strongly suggest you measure the full length before cutting it if you can. We didn't have that luxury as we didn't have a space to roll it out fully. Maybe they will reply now I have had to give this review.
