“My carpet was ordered 10th January it's now 2nd February and still no carpet. The only information I have received about my order was when I emailed to ask for an estimated delivery date. I was told the carpet is manufactured in France and not much more. I'm still waiting and beginning to wonder if I have been scammed. I feel that keeping customers informed is a basic essential not a chore.”

Hi John, Thanks for your review. The product you have selected is being manufactured in France. It can take up to 6 weeks to be made, this is why we do not yet have a delivery date for you as the manufacturers will let us know an estimated time once the product is close to being fully manufactured. On the description of the product it does state that Flotex Vision is MADE TO ORDER and has all the info there. “Purchased Leoline: Mercury XT vinyl flooring for kitchen at almost half the price it was advertised in my local large store. Delivered in three days. Flooring now laid and I am highly satisfied with purchase. Would definitely recommend Remland Carpets for an online purchase”

“I wanted to carpet a small room with Flotex and was amazed at the list price. I found a roll end on the Remland website at a huge saving. I bought it and the free delivery was much quicker than I expected. Highly recommended.”

“The underlay was delivered as a sealed roll. It's light weight and walking on our new carpet feels heavenly. Can't comment on tog rating as only had it installed today.”
