“This is a fantastic company to do business with. The staff are friendly, efficient and give good old fashioned customer service. I previously ordered a rug from them, and citylink texted me to let me know when delivery was with the option of changing it. Unfortunately this time the driver didnt do this, and i was out fort the first delivery. I think it would be helpful if all orders times were texted to customers from citylink.”

“The only slight resevation I have is the time lag between receiving the order by yourselves and then receipt by me of the confirmation that my order was on its way. If there was an indication of delivery times when the order was placed, that would be good.”

“After a slow start in getting samples of the product (Flotex), when we had placed the order, Remland were efficient and helpful, even speeding up delivery when it was not meeting our deadline. Excellent Customer Care, Thank you.”

“Easy website to use - no compications. The order arrived much sooner than I had expected and was therefore left with neighbours as I requested. I would have stayed home if I had known it was coming so soon. An e-mail or a phone call would have saved the inconveniencie to the neighbours as I had only popped put for an hour! The carpet was just as I hoped it would be re colour, size and quality. Thank you.”

“The service was excellent. a hand written invoice was sent out the next day and delivery was early which suited me as I was going to be out on the actual delivery day. We have not yet laid the carpet but everything seems to be in order. Thank you.”
