“Order procedure was straight forward, custtomer support efficient and I would certainly recommend you to others. “We would recommend you on price and service and will definitely purchase from you again, but we do have an issue with the delivery arrangements. Each time we have ordered from you we have specifically asked for someone to contact us to arrange delivery so we can make sure someone is at home, and each time this request has been ignored. We were given a rough delivery date, but the order was left with a neighbour and nothing put through our door to say this had happened. We finally picked up our carpet tiles when the neighbours knocked 3 days later to ask when we were coming to collect them , but we didn't know they were there. We had indicated we did not want delivery left with a neighbour, but again this was ignored, so please can you review your delivery arrangements. This is our only gripe as we have always receievd what we asked for, and at a very good price.”

“I asked if i could pay extras for fast delivery and told 'no', delivery is 2 working days'. It took 4 putting my project back another 2 days. I accept you cant do express delivery, but object to it taking twice as long. Probably as long as theyre not bothered about waiting nearly a week for delivery”
