“Hi I would like to thank you for sending my order so quickly, since it was needed in a hurry. Your help over the telephone was brilliant beforehand. Your website is easy to use - good photographs of the prducts. Four areas I think could be improved: 1. On the website perhaps even clearer descriptions of which adhesive to use for vinyl:: tape/ tub, 2.a 'how to use' for these products. 3 re the courier - a tracking number so the customer knows when to expect the delivery. If *********** don't have this system maybe using a courier who does. Lastly, it was a good job I was in, because when the order arrived he only came with the vinyl initially. I had to ask where was the rest of the order? And he went back to his van and found it. It seemed not to be clear on the labelling that there were TWO parcels ie the vinyl was 1 of 2 and the adhesive 2 of 2. Other than that Great! I really appreciated being able to order online. Thanks”

“From ordering to delivery the service was excellent! I placed my order on Saturday morning and was told that the vinyl that I wanted to order would need to be ordered in, and should be with me by the end of the following week. To my delight the vinyl turned up on the Wednesday! Great service and fantastic price...plus free delivery :-))”

“I am sorry to say that you sent me the wrong product and I still haven't received the right one! I did ring to query what I had been sent and from that point of view i had a very helpful response and a polite man who said he would sort it out. then a second call to say you were out of stock and so I'm still waiting.”

“Great choice of flooring, a lot cheaper than the high street and excellent quality. Ordering was fast and easy. I had to email to enquire after a delivery date, but this was replied to promptly and the flooring arrived on time and in good condition. Would definitely use again.”

“After choosing the flooring I wanted to order by phone as delivery an issue as we are not living at the house yet. I was advised this would be no problem and was asked to order on line as the shop was busy. I needed to call a couple of days later to check the progress of the order and was reassured it was being dealt with. I then received an email to confirm the flooring had been despatched although no exact delivery date was quoted. An easy way to order and happy with the product.”
