“Service was great, fast and easy to buy online, good website. But, I needed to get samples for a piece of Flotex I was trying to match and had to go an alternative supplier who then was not able to provide the small quanity (2m2) that I needed so I came back to you. It would be very helpful to be able to order samples which can then be returned to you by post.”
