“Ordering was very easy on the website, and the vinyl flooring arrived quickly. The only issue was the outside of the roll suffered some damage in transit - luckily I had ordered enough spare to be able to discard the damaged section.”

“I was satisfied with the way my order was dealt with, especially as it was the first time I've dealt with Remland (recommended by my carpet fitter), as some of my order wasn't available for reasons beyond your control and I was advised very timeosly about this. Perhaps you could put a proceedure in place where on might be able to check availability prior to ordering and making payment? Otherwise I am well satisfied with that company and I would recommend to others.”

“I am very happy with all aspects of the service I received from your company with regard to my recent purchase. The online purchasing procedure was very easy, even for someone like me who is not the best shopper via the internet. The photograph example of the product on your web site I chose was very good and looked exactly the same as the product I received. Once I had ordered, I was updated with dispatch information etc which was good and the product was delivered within 2 days which I was very happy with, especially as this was during the run up to Christmas. All in all I would definitely recommend Remland Carpets to other purchasers and will return for my next purchase in the future...”
