Ordered one style of laminate flooring but wasn’t informed that it wasn’t available for two weeks and only after I emailed. Frustrated with the delay but once they realised what was going on they gave me the chance to look for other options and were helpful from then on.
Flooring is good quality though at a good price so would shop again
