Whilst it was no fault of Remland that the courier company lost my order, once they were advised nobody bothered to contact me. I had to chase twice to get another order sent out that arrived a week later which meant I had to pay the fitter for his wasted time. I'm not leaving a review of the vinyl because the one attached to this review request isn't the one I ordered.

Product absolutely fine but delivery and customer service poor. Floor not dispatched on time with poor communication. Delayed moving into a house as a result and asked to pay an extra £20 for quicker delivery on top of what I'd already paid. Would not buy from again

Carpet had track mark through it which remained visible after laying - photo sent previously Carpet not delivered on date promised

Hello Mr Smith, Thanks very much for your feedback. We apologise for the carpet arriving with some tracking marks through the pile. If you can please send us some images of this issue, we can resolve this for you. Unfortunately the couriers held the carpet back at their depot to check the weight of the consignment. We was glad to have informed you in time so you could make other arrangements. Please accept our apologises for this inconvenience we will look out for your email with more information.

Very disappointed with the vynal flooring received. The thickness of the vynal is a lot thinner that it claimed to be. So it was no bargain at all.

Item not delivered yet. Stayed in all day yesterday as was told delivery would happen. Nothing has arrived.

Hello there, Thank you for leaving a review. Unfortunately the couriers mis-routed the flooring yesterday, apologises that they did not contact you and let you know the goods was delayed. Delivery good but u have to check for damage on delivery but can’t necessarily unroll the whole lot in front of delivery driver- so when I checked in the house there was was a few creases and heavy dents but I’m unable to complain now as I didn’t check immediately while driver waited ! So very dissatisfied with that

Ordered a couple of door bars on 10th August and received someone else's order several days later. I am still waiting for my delivery 17 days after the original order. Two stars because I did receive an apology.

Took too long between ordering and receiving goods. Probably due to Remlands not holding stock but ordering from the manufacturer once order received, but this should be made clear at point of ordering.

Not Impressed! I was advised that colour of item (Flotex) I ordered was not available until late April. I agreed to wait, so no problem with this situation. However I don't like the fact that you have banked my money before goods are supplied - not good business practise in my opinion. Also you seem to have an uncontrolled mailing system that repeats emails which has twice advised me that goods are being dispatched when I know they aren't! And now you are asking me to review my delivery when I haven't had one.

Hello Robert, We are sorry to hear you are not impressed with the service we provide. The Flotex range is being revamped this is why there is currently no stock of the colour you have chosen. We did give you the option to have a refund as soon as we heard back from the manufacturers that the colour was not in stock but as mentioned you did decide to wait so thank you for that. Products are fine, prices are competitive, the customer experience is badly let down by the delivery service which is is amongst the least reliable I’ve ever encountered.

Half the marmoleum tiles arrived in packaging that was coming apart. There was no indication as to what had happened to the remaining tiles , so I had to contact the company and they turned up later in the week. I'd like to send them back as the colour is too bright for my bathroom but the packaging issue and cost would be prohibitive.

Hello Dr Treffgarne, As you have ordered Marmoleum, we do order it directly with the manufacturers and they then deliver the flooring to you. Sadly, one of the boxes packaging was ripped during transit so the couriers took the goods back to the local Depot to re-wrap the tiles this is what caused the delay of getting all the boxes to you. We would like to apologise for the inconvenience Forbo have caused with the delivery of your goods.

My carpet was ordered 10th January it's now 2nd February and still no carpet. The only information I have received about my order was when I emailed to ask for an estimated delivery date. I was told the carpet is manufactured in France and not much more. I'm still waiting and beginning to wonder if I have been scammed. I feel that keeping customers informed is a basic essential not a chore.

Hi John, Thanks for your review. The product you have selected is being manufactured in France. It can take up to 6 weeks to be made, this is why we do not yet have a delivery date for you as the manufacturers will let us know an estimated time once the product is close to being fully manufactured. On the description of the product it does state that Flotex Vision is MADE TO ORDER and has all the info there. Bought a 4 meter length of vinyl online when it arrived it was more beige than the grey it was meant to be so it didn’t navy out bathroom tiles . Asked if we could exchange it but was told we had to pay 25% restocking fee I asked if we could order another colour and do swap when new one was being delivered I was told no that’s not possible informed it would cost us £40 to send original order back separately decided to sell it on eBay as we would of lost £63 just to exchange it I would not buy from remland again because of this bad experience beware before you order

Hello there, Thank you for your review, We offer a free sampling service to avoid this problem as sometimes the images online provided by the manufacturers do not always show the features of the vinyl. As the manufacturers cut and delivered the vinyl directly to you, we do charge a restocking fee for the vinyl as they do not accept returns. I ordered grey coir matting from the website for my hallway but on delivery it looks more like dark brown.

The order process went OK and i was advised that they would be in contact with me regarding delivery. However i did most of the chasing and finally got the flooring delivered 2 weeks after placing the order. The flooring (19 packs) were delivered on a pallet, the drive said he could not get up our drive so dropped that pallet at the end of the drive in the rain and then left. My wife and her 82 year old father were left to move transfer the packs from the pallet to the house in the rain. Because of this a lot of the packs had rain ingress so when i got home i had to open each pack and dry off the water before it damaged any of the flooring. I just hope that when i come to fit the flooring it is not damaged or distorted. Time will tell. Overall very poor service, especially the delivery company.

Sadly the lid on the glue was split the whole tub had been wrapped in copious amounts of cling film and was an absolute mess. The glue had got everywhere and some of it had started to solidify I to a state that was like sticky toffee. Probably not the fault of the supplier but the courier.

Hi Mr Morgan, We are really sorry to hear your goods was damaged during transit, please email us so we can arrange a replacement. We try our hardest to wrap up the goods as well as we possibly can, we use 'Handle with care' tape around our products, but sadly the couriers we use do not always take note of this! The item came as ordered which was good. However delivery was 2 weeks later than originally notified. Also I had to chase to find out why it had not been delivered, rather than being told.

I asked if i could pay extras for fast delivery and told 'no', delivery is 2 working days'. It took 4 putting my project back another 2 days. I accept you cant do express delivery, but object to it taking twice as long. Probably as long as theyre not bothered about waiting nearly a week for delivery
