Not Impressed! I was advised that colour of item (Flotex) I ordered was not available until late April. I agreed to wait, so no problem with this situation. However I don't like the fact that you have banked my money before goods are supplied - not good business practise in my opinion. Also you seem to have an uncontrolled mailing system that repeats emails which has twice advised me that goods are being dispatched when I know they aren't!
And now you are asking me to review my delivery when I haven't had one.
