“Delivery came a little late and they were rushing and left the packing material in my garden. Service was good on my purchase. Not too pleased with the sofa and sofa bed. Material 0308 not very serviceable, very shady, shows dark patches were you have been sitting. Sofa creeks every time you sit on it with the springs. Would not recommend this material with kids or for long time use. Having to change cushions round every day to keep looking good. Quality could be better for the price, may even get rid and go for leather.”

“We are very pleased with our Alston sofa bed. The quality is excellent, and the service was good from Relax. Delivery was slightly longer than originally indicated, but we were informed and the delivery service itself was first class. All this for a reasonable price. Thank you Relax sofas and beds!”

“Slightly slow in keeping me up to date on etd etc.. Had to prompt for updates although replies were swift and informative. Service re delivery very good. As this was a gift for someone with spinal issues it fitted the bill and has provided much needed support and enhanced posture. I am glad I was able to use your business a second time as I was and still delighted with my original Alston ixworth chair. Thankyou.”

“The only negative comment is regarding the filling of the neck roll, it was insuffucient and caught up in the zip because it was not encased in a cover. I asked for it to be remedied but received a negative response. If it had been remedied I would have given 5 stars.”

“Delivered on time and in accordance with the order. Friendly delivery men who assembled the settee which surprised me by coming in two halves and slotting together. Useful feature if and when I ever move!!”

“Very comfortable, attractive and well made. We got the manual version which requires some physical effort to get it to recline and to hold it in an intermediate position. We would have got an electric version if there was a plug nearby. I think this would make the chair easier to use and enable the seat to be held automatically in semi recline positions.”

“Very pleased with the bedroom furniture.. Excellent quality and good value for money (will be ordering another chest of drawers when I can decide on 3 or 5 drawers). Only criticism was that delivery days are very limited.”

“The ordering process and phone contact was excellent.The goods are very good,and comfortable.The delivery and put together service was just ok.They arrived much earlier than had been told,as this was a early apt booked and the elderly people were sleeping in that room prior to the new bed arrival we needed the time to get them up and clear the room.Also although they put the beds up they were unable to tell us/demonstrate how they worked!!”

“We bought the Marlow two and two and a half sofas. Ordering and delivery was easy and on time. Furniture is excellent quality and as described online. Sample materials were sent out quickly to make a choice. I did find choosing the feet, without being able to see them, was difficult with regard to size. I did enquire about changing the ones I ordered and am still waiting for a reply. Otherwise service was friendly and satisfactory. Recommended.”
