“I ordered a pair of chairs, to match a set I already had, and whilst it was touch and go whether they would arrive in time for Christmas they did with plenty of time to spare. They arrive very well packed, and are great. Thank you and Merry Christmas one and all”

“Very pleased with the service at Relax Sofas. Staff very friendly and helpful. Ordered two 2 seater Alstons Valencia sofas in Steel Slubby Plain colour and I am very pleased with them. They are lovely and comfortable and look great in the lounge. Completely transformed the room! Price was much cheaper than if I had bought them in store on the High Street. I was kept up to date with when they would be delivered and phoned a few days before to agree a convenient day and then text the day before delivery with a two hour time slot. I would definately recommend Relax Sofas and would use them again.”

“I have bought from Relax Sofas and Beds on 3 occasions and each time they have given consistently 1st class service. I could not begin to fault them. The carriers who delivered the furniture were also outstanding and I was very impressed by the whole experience. I am glad to recommend them.”

“Very pleased with the overall service of this company, everything on time. Good communication . Very happy with my sofas and chair. So much so my daughter and son in law went forward to buy theirs with this company on my say so. Delivery on time , the guys were good, did everything needed but not very personable.”

“The sofa-bed looks lovely and the colours and fabrics are just perfect. I was hoping that the feel of the sofa when you sit on it would be a bit more "squidgey" (it feels a bit rigid), and the back cushions feel a little over-stuffed, but I guess that with use over time this will improve. The bed part, however, is very comfy indeed and I am very pleased. The only really negative feedback I have to give is that upon ordering I wasn't asked any questions about access to my apartment, for example dimensions of door frames and layout of apartment/stairwells. The delivery men eventually managed to get the sofa-bed in, but it was extremely difficult for them and I can't imagine what all the manoeuvering did to their poor backs. Upon my questioning they informed me that sometimes sofas that they deliver simply don't fit into apartments and they have to take them away again. I think that this is extremely unprofessional and absolutely selfish on the part of the sofa company, who obviously care about nothing more than selling their sofas, to the detriment of the delivery men whose job it is to get the sofas into the apartments. So despite the excellent customer service that I had from Relax Sofas and Beds and the fact that I am pleased with my sofa-bed, they get a black mark from me in regards to the delivery.”

“I see no reason to give anything but very good. Ordering was easy and when I asked a question the answer was swift and answered the question. The delivery people weren't very friendly, they were extemely fast and efficient, if they are part of the deal then change my score to just good as no time allowed for even a cursory glance over goods before signing. Please note this is not a review of the product as unfortunately this failed to reach expectations.”
