“I was very pleased with the service from start to finish, I was kept up to date on the progress of my order and was given a choice of delivery dates and times. I also received reminders of when the delivery was going to take place. My order was received well packed and in good order.”

“Ordered a drop arm sofa, we were given details of time till delivery etc, and the delivery was fine, took the 2 delivery men a few minutes to fit the 2 sides of the sofa together but all has been fine and we are enjoying it.”

“I think 9 weeks to supply is too long and it was six weeks longer than the same item from a local shop. However, the service was attentive and courteous at all times and the delivery very smooth and efficient. I would buy from them again.”

“Excellent service could not be more please. All staff I contacted were helpful, friendly and efficient. We are delighted with our chairs and sofas. The delivery too was great guys wouldn't even stop for a cup of tea! Thank you all Grace and Tom Ormiston”

“The whole experience was trouble free. Easy to order, my telephone enquiry was dealt with promptly and professionally, but what was really outstanding was the delivery service. The men took my furniture upstairs, unpacked it all, checked it and even too the packaging away. They were really helpful.”

“Having done our research......lots of footfall around every furniture store in our locality.... to sit on and check out design, fabric choices and price.....we happened upon a British Furniture makers ALSTONS...and one of their suppliers.... RELAX sofas and beds online! Excellent service from RELAX, via website, email, telephone calls and finally delivery. Our new furniture has met all its website details ,as Alston produce a product that is consistent with the shop furniture we tried out. We are very pleased with our purchase and online service from RELAX.”
