“The order took max time to manufacture and deliver. The quality is beautiful and no complaints there. However I'd left several phone messages and didn't receive a return call till pushed and my emails concerning delivery times etc went un responded. For that I've given three stars.”

“Good service, only downside there was no information on delivery invoice to say chair had to be built up although on the website it stated it would be built up, however the delivery men did build it up for me, they were very good.”

“The only negative comment is regarding the filling of the neck roll, it was insuffucient and caught up in the zip because it was not encased in a cover. I asked for it to be remedied but received a negative response. If it had been remedied I would have given 5 stars.”

“We couldn't have been happier with the service from Relax Sofas and Beds. Questions were answered quickly, the service was friendly and the order went through with no problems. Estimated delivery was for 8 weeks, however we were very happy to get it in only 6 weeks. The quality was everything we hoped for given our initial misgivings at ordering over the internet not having seen the product in person first.”

“We were extremely pleased with your efficient service, from ordering to delivery, which was shorter than we had anticipated. Your delivery men were excellent, being very helpful in putting the sofas where we asked and they were concerned about removing all the packaging and taking it away. The sofa and sofa bed are very comfortable, our guests are very impressed and our room now looks great. Thank you Relax Sofas and Beds.”

“The order went without a hitch. Everything arrived on time (in fact sooner than expected). We were given plenty of notice for the delivery and they contacted us the day before with a clear time. They arrived when they said they would, delivered the 3 pc suite well wrapped and protected and were helpful and cheerful. The product was well-made and as described. I would recommend your firm without hesitation - plus we saved quite a bit on the price when compared with our local firms. Thanks again James Anderson”

“Ordering was easy from the excellent web site and we received an acknowledgement straight away. On phoning to check on delivery the contact was pleasant and most helpful. The shipping company sent two messages and gave us a telephone call to advise on delivery, which was 1st rate. Overall we were very pleased with the whole experience and would use again.”

“Very comfortable, attractive and well made. We got the manual version which requires some physical effort to get it to recline and to hold it in an intermediate position. We would have got an electric version if there was a plug nearby. I think this would make the chair easier to use and enable the seat to be held automatically in semi recline positions.”
